40 people taken hostage; 12 killed in shootout in a building in Binghamton, New York. There is lot of casualties. It’s the American Civic Association Building and there is a man who began shooting. Few people could escape and many rushed to hospital. Some hid in the basement of the building.It happened in the morning
Eyewitness suggests that man is in his early 20’s in the hostage crisis at New York and he is loaded with high-end rifles and is simply shooting indiscriminately.

Ultimately he killed himself.. I was surprised to know.. that one man has seiged the entire building.. I also wanted to see how US tackles the situation.. But before US cops did much.. he killed himself.. (Thank god he did that.. and saved many innocent lives!!)
